All of our rooms feature: ensuite bathrooms with turkish towels, cozy down filled duvets and quality bedding. Cable tv with remote, Wireless high speed internet connection, Hairdryer, Clock radio,luggage rack, bistro table and chairs, armoire and of course very comfortable, quality mattresses.
Clare's bedroom located on the side of the house features: Queen Bed, side and rear view of garden, stand up shower. Rates range from $99-$119 per night.
Jed's Back bedroom features: Double Bed, Ocean and Garden view. Full bathtub w shower. Rates range from $89-$109 per night.
Ceil's bedroom located on the front of the house with a fabulous ocean view features: Queen Bed, Stand up shower. Rates range from $99-$119 per night.
Alice's Front bedroom with a panoramic ocean view features: Queen Bed, full bathtub and shower. Rates range from $99-$119 per night.
We offer 10% discount on consecutive 3 night stays. Check in time 3pm, check out time 11 am. Breakfast of your choice served at your leisure.

A Credit Card is requested to guarantee your reservation. No charges will be processed on your card before you arrive.
Cancellations with at least 7 days notice no charge. Prior to 24 hours-50% charge. Less than 24 hour notice charged for one night.
